Game crashes - Error #132 waay too often.

I have also tried re-installing the game, but it did not work. :\ Dang it, what could it possible be causing this issue? :S

For me to be able to provide you an accurate solution to your problem please could you give me your Computers Specs, OS.
As a broad spectrum statement I can provide these error usually occur more frequently if you are running out of RAM so its unable to retrieve the data from that area of the ram as its already overwritten with other data to service the game.
I'd also recommending updating your Microsoft .net framework Past Version 4.5 (which windows XP is not able to do (you should upgrade your OS if you are STILL using windows XP)) and also get the libraries of the Visual C++ 2012 onwards
