[CATACLYSM NELTHARION] Worgen transformation problem

My Worgen Urdrald on the Neltharion Cataclysm server can't transform back to the Human form. I've already finished all the Gilneas story-line quests, and currently I'm at lvl 37. Whenever I try using the "Two Forms" skill it states that I "Can't Transform right now". I've tried using the /transform command, and the /cast Two Forms but neither of them worked. Please help me out, it sucks to be stuck on one form only.

You are meant to stay in your worgen form for some quests. Cant remember how many, how long but eventually down the questchain or at the end you can transform as you like again. You are still in the startzone with level 37? Did i understand that right?

No, I did all the storyline quests, got sent to Darnassus and then went my merry way to levelling up as a normal race would. I'm in Feralas right now, the only problem I have is that I cannot transform.
