Can't buy shadowmourne which i had

Hello guys and staff , I had shadowmourne on my character on deathwing but market doesnt let me get it , then i made a ticket and the answer is "An accounts currencies need to be reset before purchasing Shadowmourne. You cannot use Coins from account recovery to purchase it."

Whoever i asked got shadowmourne with recovered coins and also discounted price , I spent so much time to get it once and bought it for like 90-100 coins on my paladin Name:Yoink Server:Deathwing , now if your system is not working i want to buy it with full price (150 coins) . Can somebody help me? I'm in a bad situation atm

People who had Shadowmourne in the past were able to get it again with refunded coins, but that offer has expired a while ago and the option isn't being offered anymore as far as I know. It was up for months. You can try specifying in your ticket that you had it before and just want to use refunded coins to recover it. If it's still possible, Support is who will let you know.
