Email issue.

Ok, i tried by private matters to sort out my problems but i guess i need to write it here so here it goes. the email i registered to molten with, was an old @msn email , which apparently got converted into @live then whatever, and lastly got deleted due to inactivity, I understand it's my mistake for not using it but i had no idea they delete emails just like that. So as i lost my phone , i also lost my authenticator which was giving my bad codes in the last week anyway so i couldn't log in, also dont have the keycode after i re-downloaded the google authenticator on my new phone and if that's not bad enough, now i can't really log in on the website anymore, except on the forums, so what do i need to do to prove this is my account and to change my email somehow cause this is getting very annoying.

You have to make a support ticket on website. You can do it from another account since you can not access website support system on your account.

I can't do that, I just tried. When i try to make a ticket, i have to make it as a ban appeal category since there's nothing else to choose, and i have to choose what type of ban do i want to appeal, and since i dont have i can't choose none so submitting the ticket gives me an error that i have to select the type of ban that i want to appeal.....great...

Then they have changed the system again to let only premium accounts make support tickets.

Do @live emails still receive mails sent to @msn? Then you could try to make a new email with the same address.

With @live doesn't work, this is what i get > "This email is part of a reserved domain. Please enter a different email address." Tried with @hotmail and @outlook which actually work, but i'm not receiving anything, so it doesn't work like that.
