Cannot Register

Hello guys, sorry if this has already been said, but a friend has been unsuccessfully trying to register on Warmane today. Everytime he fulfills the required information, he gets an error. I've tried from my computer too, and I get the same problem. Is registering system unavailable for some reason, or is it just temporary? I hope this is the right section to post it and not having made a mistake. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Just tried creating a new account. Worked fine for me. What error are you getting?

"Page not found. The page you were looking for could not be found." And in the top-right corner, in red, "your account needs to be restored".
I'd bet he played in Molten years ago, his account wasn't restored and that's why he cannot register. He's creating a new gmail account at the moment, I hope it will work this time.
