Level 80 word of wisdom

Hello everyone

I am an old member of Molten/Warmane but still kind of new to WoW. (Haven't played a lot in that time.)
I am primarily here for PvP on WOtLK and have recently achieved level 80.
I have done a few FoS/PoS for some starter end game gear however those dungeons only drop so much.

As a player who wants to do PvP later on, what dungeons and farmable gear do I need before I start farming BG.
Atm I get absolutely destroyed in BG with my 53 resilience and am sitting on 3.4k GS.

I would appreciate a short list of activities I should be doing in order to gear myself appropriately for BGs later on.
(Point store is closed atm)

(What I know so far) Apparently there is a rep weapon I can get from dailies? No idea where or if true.
What is this ICC "rep" run everyone is talking about?

BTW where are the furious/ relentless weapons? I seriously only see Wrathful weaps
