WotLK gurubashi arena chest spawn

Good evening community,

Could anybody please inform me what are the spawn times of the stranglethorn vale gurubashi arena chest?
it should be every 3 hours starting at 12AM server time, today I stayed in the arena from 2.55PM until 3.10 PM server time
and the chest did not spawn and short john mithril stayed in his place across the arena.
