I can't create character on Lordaeron server

I just download the game and everything i wanted to create char and whatever i try with the nickname it says "Error creating char"
Can someone help me with this please?

Change the appearance of your character a bit and it should work.

Just change your hair style, facial hair, etc when creating a character.
