Achievements problem

Hi, i notice some problem with achevements that are not bugged. Like, collect 50 000 cp. I done arena every week and its always 44.5k/50k. In archaeology for example it said collect 50 different common artifect. I have over 50 right now but on my achi window it said 39/50. Same with rare collection...collect 10 rare artifect...i have 6 of them, but in ach window its all time 2/10. Why this ach stuck? Same with quests daily quests...doesnt matter how many i complate them it always said 753/1000. I cant complate this ach :( Whats the problem? They bugged or not?
