Error creating character

I had reserved 4-5 names on my account yesterday when the server came online. But today since the morning I am not able to play. I had to delete 1 char to to set the right race and class but whenever I create a new char, it says "Error creating character". I have even tried to delete all characters on my account. The account is empty but still the problem persists. I cant use another account as it is my donor account.

You're trying to use an option for hair/facial hair that comes from the WoD models and isn't supported by the WotLK character creator.
Pick different ones and then change to the ones you wanted using a barber in-game.
