No WTF and cache folder at all

I have a really weird issue and Im feeling stupid for asking this. I tried to search the forums but nothing on it, at least not on the first few pages.

I literally have no WTF or cache folder getting created but for some reason I keep my addons profiles(which are supposed to be in the WTF folder) and no cache folder is created when I launch the app.

Im using the 3.3.5 (old) client. I tried to create them manually, but nothing gets in them, they are not even considered by the game. They are not marked as hidden nor using another WTF folder from other WoW versions either. Im on Windows 10 Pro 64 btw.

Thanks for the help, Im pretty sure its something obvious that I forgot over the time.

Bump.. Tried another client, no result so far.. Except that on this client Im not saving any config and everything is lost everytime the app is launched.
