Game crashes upon start up

Title is pretty self explanatory. Double clicking Wow.exe does nothing for abour a minute and afterwards I get an error message. Screenshot of said error: http://i.imgur.com/OoKRXrX.png

This error may occur when World of Warcraft is prevented from making changes to a game file. It can be caused by incorrect permissions, a security program, or an error in the file itself. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

World of Warcraft must be run in Administrator Mode in order to read and write files correctly. Run the game in administrator mode and try again.
Some security programs may block access to files. Temporarily disable or remove any security programs and run the game again.

Try right-clicking your Wow.exe , go to properties and uncheck "read-only" , see if that helps.
