Pandaria Enh vs Ele PvE

Hello, I'm just wondering which of these two specs you would recommend for MOP PvE?

I want mostly evaluation bug wise (basically least bugged spec since there are a lot of bugs I can't confirm via the bug thread or the bugtracker). But even if the class is bugged, as long as it can pull good dps, that would be okay too. (I'm mostly preferring enh because they flow smoother in MoP but searing flames don't seem to proc so far -- need confirmation for this - and wolves I heard are a big dps loss due to bugs)

Yup, wolves don't do crap and there's other bugs with enha, almost too many to mention them all. Atm, ele does better damage with a lot less effort + you're not so weapon dependant as with enha, where you'd have to farm honor for PvP weapons. I also like enha more but due to all them bugs, I've let my shamen collect dust till at least a couple of fixes.
