Technical Lordaeron connection Issues

Hi, I'm trying to level Blacksmithing in Org on Lordaeron and I keep disconnecting. If I'm near the AH I can't stay on more then a few seconds before being kicked and when up by the BS trainer I last a min or two but still get kicked out all the same. I've not had any issues until today so I'm a bit confused and wondered if anyone else had this issue and if their was something I could do to avoid the disconnects. I tried dropping all my graphic settings to as low as they would go and that made no difference at all. (I have the old version of the game if that makes a difference as I've heard the new WoD graphics have a ton of issues so I never downloaded it.)

Maybe it's an addon causing the issue, try disabling them and try again.
