So since I fully geared my other druid on death wing after moltdown coin reset but don't have the time to raid there anymore is there ever a chance we can pay for xfers off death wing to ragnaros? Last I looked we still could not move to rag.

Transfers aren't meant to be a player convenience. They are a tool we use to balance the population between realms of the same expansion.
You will be able to do that transfer (or any other) only if there's a noticeable imbalance in populations, which prompts us to open a specific transfer.

even if its a paid transfer? i agree free transfers would cause issues but if someone is actually willing to pay to move even at an expensive price?
