Lag spikes

Hello all.
Well I have problems with lag spikes only in 25m Raids. But im fine in things such as AV I get 60fps stable while rading and doing bg's. my spikes are constant like 600-1.5k MS. This just recently stated and i am from the USA. but i get 200ms Stable and have very good inter net i think 15 up and 12 down or something like that. and it only happens in 25m raids like icc25 RS25. ToGC. and idk how to fix this problem.

Try reducing the video settings this might solve the fake MS increase.

Well it's not a "fake ms Increace" it's actly rly MS spikes bc I will stand there and lag for like 20 seconds @ Bql and die. but i will try to reduce my videos settings and see if that will help
