I Need Help With Launcher As Soon As Possible

I have Downloaded Launcher
I am confused about the gamepath since only folders can be choosen through the option but apparently it needs a more specific path.
so what do I choose within my world of warcraft folder?
also I tried to bypass the launcher and go straight through the .exe
which didn't work, it simply said I have the wronge account information, even though my realmlist is set and I have deleted cashe.
I previously played on ****** and was wondering if there client is interfering with the launcher and or game?

Private servers usually don't modify WoW client itself but custom launcher could be automatically changing realmlist if you use their launcher. Check if realmlist is still correct and open game only with WoW.exe. Also make sure you log in with account name not email.

well, can't say for anyone else but I keep my Warmane client under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Warmane\*" as if Warmane was the author of the program, but that's just my preferrence, you could technically put it anywhere on your computer that doesn't have any sort of access control

We don't use any launchers.

Yes, you need WoW.exe from 5.4.2.
