GMs deleting posts about hackers etc

I tried to make a post complaining about the thing going wrong on the server and what I thought of them. Then, a MOD deleted both posts and gave me a warning for "spamming." Which (to me) means... "Don't complain on the forums. Warmane is trying to portrait an image of no one ever complains about the messed up stuff going on, on the server. And if you do, you will be persecuted." Meanwhile, it takes 18 hours to get a ticket answered and then you get the fast food, cut-n-paste response to it. I'm only trying to make people aware of how things are dealt with around here. I'm going to screenshot this post. Let's see how long it takes for them to delete this too.

1.) Making 2 posts about the same thing is indeed spamming.
2.) If you see a hacker, report him acording to what Urshalana posted.
