DPS Drastically Reduced on Hunter

Greetings: I just did an RDF (HC), on Frostwolf MoP. Usually I do between 60k-80k dps. In this RDF, none of the well geared players did more than 53K and my DPS was 44K. I went out and tried it on a level 85 training dummy and was doing a mere 50K. I checked to make sure that I wasn't naked, all my gear was there, and right. I did notice that my Glyph of Camoflage was somehow replaced with Glyph of Unstable Affliction, which isn't a hunter spell, and isn't in my book of glyphs, anyways.

Perchance something with the update has changed the numbers, or bugged something?
