Quick question about buying items on Lordaeron

Are their items and gear that non-donors will not have access to? Will I be able to gear my character with all BiS just by putting in the time and effort without donating or will I have to donate in order to get the best gear?

BiS can be earned. Unless there is some gamebreaking bug preventing a mob from dieing or w/e. But, that will probably be fixed before it becomes too much of an issue. ;)
