[MOP] Guo-Lai Halls Quests

I've been trying to complete about 5 quests in Guo-Lai hills but the spawns are never there.

I looked through the bugtracker and I can't find a ticket for it, I'm not sure if Bloodtip, Wulon have very long spawns or are just broken

Has anybody attempted these quests and suceeded? Only enemy i've found so far is Wulai, the dragon on the bottom floor.

If someone knows, or maybe a GM could let me know if these are confirmed bugs or if I just have terrible timing, ive checked in there 5 or 6 days now

Wulon, Bloodtip and Imperions are rare elites with very long respawn time. I can confirm that various Imperions and Wulon do spawn.
