Does anyone know why Molten Front is not working, and yes i know many things are not active or fixed but it works in MOP so i find it strange that a Cata area is not active in Cata

Because they don't care about cataclysm.. Thats lame tho.. Did you realise that they've changed warmane.com site name up on tab.. It writes "Warmane | WoTLK Private Server".. If they are wotlk server, why dont they just delete realm and refund players with everything or not even that.. Cataclysm is disaster atm.. Fire mages one shotting everything with bugged ignite+ combustion, raids full of bugs, ****tons of content not working..

Indeed.
But if you trying to question them, they have 3 options now.
1. Telling you "SOON"
2. Telling you "if you dont like it, you can go
3. Ban you from forum, or delete your topic / post.
Instead of fixing the problems...
(they said they gonna add AT core to Warsong in AUGUST!, still no sign of doing it or even mention when they are gonna do it....)
