Am I in the right, or am I in the wrong? (Expoilters)
My friend and I go to Uldum and catch people in the act for power leveling.
For days now the reports we made, the players are still doing it.
I was told that it's now legal to power level toons, I dunno if I'm doing the right thing or the wrong thing now because everyone one that my friends and I came across, thy are still doing it in the same spot, same zone. :S
Powerleveling (to bring a low level char to a high level zone to rush its leveling).
You can bring a character into an area correct for their level and kill things for it.
You cannot bring a character into an area that is much higher than their level and then kill mobs for them. (This should be fixed now)
I don't know what you mean with "Uldum thing" but power leveling that is not allowed involves gaining experience by killing mobs that are so high level that they should not give experience. That was fixed years ago on wotlk but I have no idea what the situation is on other expansions. Other ways of power leveling should be allowed.
Are they actually gaining levels? If not then it's not an exploit.
From what we seen, they have low level toons within 30-40ish, gaining many levels going into 60-70s almost within a short period of time.
It was dubbed as exploit before and after hijack, when was the illegal notice of it lifted, because a lot of people on MoP are doing just that here.
We did report to GM, like 3-5 times in a span of few days, Crainer said something but I didn't understand what he said.
