Will it be available for the first person that rings the bell in AQ? I mean is the loong long chain even gonna work? And would u be able to obtain mount / title ? Thx in advance!

No, the title was removed in Wrath. It won't be available. The quest chain will be AFAIK.

The quest line is still there and can be done but the Title and mount were removed after 2 hours from the first player that managed to bang the gong those who managed to do it in those 2 hours could obtain the mount and that was long ago during vanilla. Completing the chain won't grant u the mount or the title now. And the chain itself was removed with cataclysm. On old lordaeron I managed to do more than half of the questline but was stuck on the red shard for the scepter cuz Nefarian wasn't ingame so couldn't kill him.

As far as i know, after the first player has done it, the rest had 24 hours to do it as well. And the Mount and Title have been removed in late Wotlk, so it should be still available within the Naxxramas patch/progress.

Nah nah players had 10 hours to use their Scepter on the Scarab gong after those 10 hours the mount and title were retired.

24 hours after first gong(the guy who gongs it first gains the title)

Wowwiki says : Although it was possible to complete the quest-line for the Scepter of the Shifting Sands even when the gates are already open, doing so at a later time would not reward the quest-solver with the Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal or the Scarab Lord title.

I guess that if we are going through Vanilla as a progress realm, it should be enabled as well. Cant be bad to have some competetion regarding who is gonna get it first :D
*though the onyxia part would have to get fixed somehow, just remembered that vanilla onyxia is not available anymore

You won't be able to do it because that quest needs the 1.21 core, and we have 3.3.5 which had it removed from the game files.

Yes wowwiki says on that after TBC was launched every new realm started with the gates of ahn'qiraj opened thus the Scarab Lord title and the Black Qiraji Battle Tank were unobtainable on these realms.

This chain quest is still in-game in patch 3.3.5 so you can do that no problem, you'll even get an achi for completing this long chain quest. You can't however get the title/mount for it because it was removed in 3.0.9
EDIT: I'm assuming the chain quest will not be fully working anyway, like the AQ Animation quest which is bugged on almost every server which results in player not being able to continue with the quests. I might be wrong though and it might be workingEdited: September 21, 2015

I managed to do a lot of the chain but I was stuck on the red shard for the scepter because Nefarian wasn't present in Blackwing Lair so I had to stop there. With the new lordaeron coming Nefarian will be there and most likely it will be possible to continue.

If everything is working properly, we will just be missing Onyxia for a quest item due to my calculations. And as it has been removed in 3.0.9, and this is a progressive Server, it should be enabled. But if they planed the mount for donation store, i guess they wont add it ingame :P
