cant collect vote points

cant collect vote points and don't know how to vote actually right now...i press collect points on my acc and get message u do not have any points to collect ..pls help me i need to change race on one chara and there is no way for me ...and i lost aprox 150-200 points and everything i bought for points when u started as warmane

they're not longer vote points, they're activity points. you must have 1000 achievement points before you can start collecting them.
