Mount from lottery can't pick?!

Ok, last two months I m trying to contant all staff, but no answere. Here is the thing, I won Black Qiraji Battle Tank in Octorber 2011(realm Deathwing). After this collapse that happend on warmane(molten) I lost tons, ok, but that mount which I won from 70 000 tickets is frustraiting me. I saw people on realm with that mount, they told me staff gave them back, but why m I unique?

i saw a guy with that mount 2 , i guess is from lottery cuz there is no any other way to get it , atleast after moltdown

i want my titles too, i had most titles in whole molten servers, all of them are gone, also they removed my donor coins without telling anything.

Lottery tab was available on the old site and those who had won something could get it back. Now it's gone and I am not sure if you can still get your reward back. You can try to make a support ticket on website.
