1. Coming back to WoW

    Hello, i haven't played WoW for over 2 years now and i want to return but never played on molten/warmane. I'd be glad if you could answer those two for me.

    1. What classes and roles are most needed/least common on lordearon? (talking about pve in alliance). I mained dk but i got bored of it and i'm sure there are a lots of those. I'd like to roll a healer but not sure which one.

    2. What kind of content right now is considered endgame? (is ICC opened?)

  2. I would honestly tell you to roll a Tank. They're always in high demand and not many people have the nerve to play one since you have a lot of responsibility in your shoulders.

    As for content goes;

    @ #1. Currently, we're "emulating" the Trial of the Crusader patch on 3.3.5a - which means that is the current available content, but how talents, spells and etc. work are based on 3.3.5a. Additionally, the dungeon finder is disabled, which is technically blizz-like until Icecrown Citadel's release, but we're not sure if we want to release it. And lastly, we have buffed the difficulty of most WotLK bosses (more HP and damage) so they pose a more proper challenge to players, seeing as how it is 6-7 year old content. Other than those things mentioned, it is very very close to how it was like on Blizzard. Some minor bugs here and there, but nothing very big.

    @ #2. Yes. I referred to this in #1. Currently, the highest available raid is Trial of the Crusader. We will probably release Icecrown Citadel sometime in Q1 of 2017.

    You can find the whole post in here.

    Weren't healers always in high demand too?

    I guess I'll roll pally or druid, which one would be easier to gear up?

    Obviously, but competent healers are more easy to find than tanks.

    I would probably roll a Paladin since Holy Paladins are also a must for almost every single raid comp while a Resto Druid can be overlooked.
