Technical Not sure how to log in

I made an account on this website, downloaded the WOTLK 3.5.5a version, I log in, but it says patch required, so I download the patch, but then it fails saying "The file is read only and cannot be overwritten"

A friend has downloaded the game yesterday and faces the exact same issue.
I'm at work right now, so I can't test it on my account yet.

Hey guys,

After downloading the 3.3.5 client from the Warmane website , right-click on the parent folder, go to proprieties and uncheck "read-only"
Apparently, when you download it, the folder is read only.

Winterlytv - you should log in with the account you created on the Warmane website (and not with an email adress).

PS : also check the realmlist in order for it to point to warmane.com , not warmane.ru - i think by default it points to warmane.ru for some reason...
