OK so like 1 week ago the bg queues at lvl 90 we instant. like flat-out instant. Nowdays tho it takes up to 5-10 minutes. WTF? the playerbase is still the same and even during peak hours bg queue is still more than 5 minutes. What's going on?

It's mostly because alliance is more pvp oriented.
When horde's outnumbered the allies, the queues were good because there was more or less the same number of people queueing for BGs.
However, it seems more and more PvP players are moving to Alliance. Sadly this causes the imbalance and longer queues you are now seeing.
Lets hope some horde PvP guild can step up and create a community that makes PvP players want to stay. Otherwise this server will once again go the direction of Sargeras (Cata and MoP), Neltharion, and Ragnaros, at which point people stop logging in since it takes 15 minutes to get a BG...

Guys 5min wait time cmon this is near nothing. Remember the start of MOP at Molten? We had 30-45min bg que times on Horde ( with 4k+ Players online )
Btw i have same que times on alli AND horde, sometimes instant, sometimes 2min sometimes 5min.

It is more like 5 to 10 min for alliance atm.
And I mean pvp oriented horde is moving to alli, CCC and Relax bro and now alliance, I see them recruiting in global, Pokemonz too? not sure bout them.
So theres 2 -3 guild that moved alliance.
Arena Turnament had something cool before they merged to Molten thus making Warmane, they had "mixed" battlegrounds, meaning you would que for battleground and you would get in either alliance or horde team regardless of your faction. The que there was long as I remember but with the player base that we have here the que would be instant for both factions.
Now I know Warmane main goal is to be Blizzlike, but having 1 server with 3.5k avarage online is not blizzlike at all, to add to that Blizzard has battlegroups that all que for Battlegrounds together. I know having battlegroup here is impossible, but creating mixed Battlegrounds like AT had is very much possible.
It wouldn't be blizzlike ofc but this is not a Blizz server after all, I think there can be a slight difference like this in order to keep the server live.

I know you trying to get noticed and stuff but I voted for that few months ago. The report is made by my guild master.
And if you want to wait 5 min+ for BG please do wait, you can decide to go BG and then wait 5 min before clicking Join Battle button, leave us that want instant que alone, thank you.

Also the server is slowly dying . We have only 5 BG's since freaking months ( Shall I mention we were stuck with 3 bgs for 8 months since MoP's release?), only thing they fix are some npcs that no1 gives a ****, minor class fixes , and pve content. Let alone a broken xpac for PvP , PvE design also sucks as well in MoP. Panda bosses and locusts, chinese stuff to be exact.
Everyone is rolling warrior as well. No wonder, im 513 ilvl and i 2 shooted a warlock almost in arena. 210k execute?! please. And people complain about Crap Bolt.
MoP is being ignored and I can see why. It was a failure xpac. Especially made for hunters/warriors, the noob friendly classes , that everyone rolls to be viable in PvP with ease.
Rolling warrior+ heal guarantee you a 2200 rating instantly. Oh, its sad that healers got almost infinite mana.
Too bad cata's population dropped. Everyone in BiS gear anyways, good luck playing that..
I'm glad they won't work on Wod anymore, retail wow died with it.

And you CANT decide to go BG and then clicking Join Battle. Sadly you have to wait 2-5min sometimes if you want to play here. And post on the Forum will not change that. And its really not a big deal, there are bigger problems then wait sometimes wait 2-5min for a BG.
Even a Server with 7k Players online will have a que some days.

What do you mean "post on forum wont change that"? Why do we post things then? Why is the forum actually here for if we cant state our opinions? What do you thing you will change with your post? oh right... you cant change something with posting on forum... so why you post here after all?
Many players don't like these ques, this post is not the first time I hear complaints about que on FW, Im in a guild that is pvping all day, premades run constantly at least 1, gearing alts or just for fun, tons of time I saw in guild chat something like "this que sucks..." etc.
Ofc server can have que, sometimes thats fine. but not all the time, 5-10 min thats not fine for PvP oriented people.

Relax bro moved to alliance?! Really?! That's not really true, but anyways, i think that horde is not going to alliance but some of them are starting to do PVE now instead of PVP. Also I get almost the same que time on my alliance characters. Plus, 5 minutes is not much, just be patient and wait in que...
