Frost Mage broken

Hey,
since the newest update Frost Mages are basically broken.

Finger of Frost doesnt Proc anymore and Brain Freeze proc allows you to use Deep Freeze even when the enemy isn't frozen.
I have talked to around 10 Mages and they all got the same Bug. But no one noticed it only after I told them to Check if its works for them.

I hope that all Mages out there Up-Vote this Bug that it gets fixed asap
