Lost account - Blackrock

Hello , i havent logged in my account for like 5 months , and i cant log in now ? I have merged my account long time ago. Do i have to merg it again ?
I can still see my characters on the armory , but i cant log in to the account. The email that i have registered the account is : [email protected]
The realm list that i have put in the notepad is : set realmlist logon.warmane.com , so no its not from the realmlist.

Are you 100% sure that u put the right pw and account name? And also if u want gm's answer go to "support" in main page and create a ticket

oh sorry :)....Once you log in and u will see the main bar "My account" "Donation" "Store" "Support" "Security" "Settings"
Click on "Support"

After clicking on "Support" Click create ticket and then select on Category : "General enquiry"

it allows me to click on Ban appeal only ? lol

He means My Account>Support> "Open New Ticket" but as far as I know should be only for Ban Appeal, if you want try it and/or send a PM to someone of the Staff: http://forum.warmane.com/showgroups.php
By the Way in the Log In page of this website ( you need to log out this "sowut" account to see it) next to " Account/Passwrod" there is a list of option in case you lost/Forget account name, password, email etc, check it out

EDIT: just to be clear, you are not able to Log-In that account just In-Game or also on Website?
