GMs are rarely on. It's a disgrace. You can't BG because all the ***** alliance went horde. They premade and hack when the GMs are off around 6 server time. Then the AFK bots come out and there's fly hackers everywhere! If you complain about it on the forums, they warn you and ban you for speaking your mind. Don't believe me? This post will be deleted in a few hours, but they can't answer tickets. Service here is worse than the old Lordaeron.

Reporting people through tickets or forum pm's using the proper formatting is the best you can do. They may not get answered in a timely manner but they will be answered, and it's way more productive then posting things like this on forums when even you yourself know they will be deleted to no avail.
