Okay after the update the Healing Stream Totem have been fixed from 10 players to 2, what i dont understand is the healing done is very very reduced is not same as retail, days ago did i with my 525 Restoration gear like 50-70k HpS 25man Throne of Thunder in everyboss.
Do i something wrong or is the Restoration spells bugged, lol.

Totally agree the healing of shamans is reduced to ashes ...
1) Ascendance got bugged."the biggest Rshaman cooldown"
2) After HST was fixed the 2 set bonus from ToT isn't working.
3)The whole healing values of our spells is reduced somehow. even below retail numbers for that patch.
4)The healing rain consumes both unleash elements and unleashed fury.
5)Conductivity is bugged and cause the healing rain sometimes not to heal.
so basically shamans arent fixed they are bashed to the ground, while other classes didnt get touched like Treants for Druids arent touched ... monks now can spawn thousands of healing spheres .
