Im lvl 23 on my priest (horde) and im stuck... I went to stonetalon mountains at lvl 18 to get the last 2 levels to lvl 20... After this i had some options but all zones had like 3 quests.... Hillsbrad foothills is the place im trying to level now but i only have 2 quests right now. Ashenvale had no quests same with Stontalon right now... What should i do to get to lvl 25 so i can start questing in Thousand Needles

In Hillsbard you got like 6-7 quests on your lvl, you should get lvl 28 from this zone, then head to Hinterlands or somewhere else till you get 30 and go to STV, Desolace or other location.

lol, hinterlands is for lvls 40-50...
tbh, you are doing something wrong if you get so little quests in every zone...are you doing chain quests? are you getting quests from cities that lead you to different zones? try this site http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Zones_by_level_(original) you can also find there list of quests for every zone....
also, you can try running some dungeons...you get more than a lvlv from one run if you have all the quests...Edited: November 1, 2015

I was in ghostlands until lvl 18 because i had 3 quests left and 2 of them items didnt drop more than like 1 every 10 mins so i decided to quest in stonetalon to 20 but i almost didnt find anything there either so i did a WC got to 21 went to Ashenvale tried to see if any quests someone told me to go to the place between Barrens and Ashenvale but only 1 quest there... went on to Hillsbrad but the quests is so hard there... Im doing the chainquest battle of Hillsbrad i think its called but its hard when its too many mobs attacking at the smae time..
