There are no plans of adding transmogrification.
All there is is a chance of a web-based, client-side shared version of it to be considered, where people who wanted to use and see others using replaced equipment models would toggle an option in the website. That's about all that has been mentioned, no details, much less dates, since it's just a vague idea and possibility. It could actually be worked on eventually or it might just be discarded.

I personally think Tmog has been one of the most awesome features added in the game. Even tho it wouldnt be blizzlike in Wotlk, it would be nice to having it

Yes, a lot of people feel that way, but a lot of people also would rather keep the "pure" Wrath of the Lich King state.
The system idea I mentioned would sort of deal with that, since people would be able to choose if they want to see pure or with model editing, assuming I understood and read between the lines correctly.

Still, there is more ppl that would love to see it and that toggle on/off sounds great and should be added right after LK is released if there are no major bugs to take care of.
It would get us more new players to play with.

If you really need your character to have some special shiny armor you can always just download programs for client-side model customization...

Such a wasted opportunity ... The server could have added transmog via donations where you need to get the item first and then donate to have it transmoged. It could bring good profit while still having 0 P2W factor that the server wants to avoid
