Forum New Sub-Forum in the Localized forums

I would like to suggest that a sub-forum also be opened up for Israel and hebrew-speaking people. There are many countries and languages in the category but Israel and hebrew just doesnt appear which is very unfortunate. Was hoping that a forum administrator would be able to add one in there. Thank you very much.
