AddOns button missing

I can't seem to find my AddOns panel on character screen.

I have Mists of Pandaria 5.4.2 WoD models client downloaded, I haven't touched anything inside the folder, but played.

Help me please!

If you don't have any addons you won't be seeing this button because simply you can't turn on/off anything.

Aaand the other option - the folder you have pasted actually contains two add-ons (I.e. Gear Score + Bonus ... ) - the game doesnt recognize and ignores them :)
