Are we going to have PvP gear?

Season 1/2/3 vendors were all gone in WotLK, but since we're @BC right now, are we going to have custom vendors added? I hope so, because if not, everything will be dominated by PvE players with their OP SWP or w/e drops.

Raids have been closed at the launch of tbc as a security measure. All locks except Sunwell which will be opened next week have been lifted with this restart. PvP vendors will be spawned tomorrow.
