Unable to log in

Hello, I just downloaded this server today and have been playing for the last few hours. Just recently I was disconnected and when I tried to log in again it said "Downloading Update" and if I wait for a while it says "Patch Required: Press the restart button below to exit World Of Warcraft and download the patch."
I tried to file a ticket but was incredibly unable to do so. Anyone expecienced the same thing or knows how to handle this?

you messed up big time, u gotta login with ur username and password... using email will make client update or whatever, not sure but I think u messed up client by now.... try again with ur username, same as website
