Technical Account Retreival

I previously had an account back on Molten WoW that I know all of the details for.

I have seen other threads saying that account retrieval is no longer available, and normally I wouldn't care, I would just go and create another account and be done with it, but I was a donator on my Molten account, so I have not lost just my old characters and progress, I have lost all of the perks and extras that I had paid for.

Is it still not possible to recover the account?
