Problems with wow..

Hello there if anyone is familiar with the thing accepting terms and conditions every time when you enter wow and setting up the configuration again and again in system and video settings.Can you tell me if there is a fix for it and how i can do it??? The config is not being deleted till now and my addons are all set up always. Thanks anyways..
