Hello I've been a premium member for some time and I just logged in to see if this game was still up. Luckily it was but it seems the Sargeras realm is gone =/. All my purchases where on the sargeras realm... and my characters to. Can you guys look into that for me? If its not possible to recover my characters id be happy to have the same characters on another realm that does work.

Plz fix, or help. It should be possible to come with a solution :)

How long were you gone for? Every character was wiped in January after a couple of staff members hijacked the server.

Sargeras merged with Frostwolf earlier this year.

Seems they did free character transfers (Sargeras>Frostwolf) even after the realm was decommissioned but I'm not sure whether you still can or not
