1. Why do DCs not allow you to re-join a BG within a few min?

Has made BGs a pretty poor experience for me on this server so far. Any hope, will it get better or are we supposed to stay out of instanced content?

  2. what exactly happens? do you end up with deserter? yeah if that's the case , it's not supposed to happen. You're supposed to be able to log back in to the bg that you were in when you disconnected.

That was only added in MOP.

Pre-MOP you DC you get kicked from the BG.

  4. crap i thought we were in mop, my bad! :D

I wouldn't be so sure about that statement. I think it was added way before. I'd ask someone around here to investigate about it. Anyhow, lets say even if the feature was added in MoP that doesn't mean that this server shouldn't take over the codes and implement them. I'd be a huge improvement.

  6. It works for me. If i get dc'd/error or for some reason i have to Alt+F4 i log back and i m still in the BG.

I think you have 1-2 mins to get back online before it kick you.

  7. Yes, you saty in the BG if you relog in a short time after the DC happened (within a min ot two), but I think that hes talking about server DCs, not client DCs, and thats a whole new story...

Exactly, because when that happens the server prevents you from logging back in for whatever amount of time it takes for the problem to be solved. Nothing the player can do, and it ends up feeling pointless to dedicate oneself to team-oriented tasks.
