Cannot create new character

Does anyone know why I cannot create a new character? When choosing accept it either tells me the name is not available or that an error has occurred trying to create a character. Even when I choose a random bunch of letters as a name. Is this (temporarily) disabled?

If you are using the new WoD models change your hairstyle to another one. You may have chosen a hairstyle that is not posible to chose when you create the character but somehow these new models are making them visible for you to select.
