any server?

Is there any server that have all of the raids and most dungeons working? I started playing MoP and now realisied im unable to play the cata raids and wotlk raids just the MoP ones, something that is really dissapointing since Im here to mount collect..

is there any like cata server that also have the wotlk raids up and so on? I can understand that a few dungs and raids aint working and therefor disables but not every one in every expansion below ur own...
