I;m new player for this game,, can you help me why I have this problem!

hmm 3 days ago all was fine I creathe home in Shattrath City also openen profesion trainer for learn some profesions without any problem, and now I have this problem can't open any Profesion trainer can't ask for help (guards), Can' t open home guard NPC for buy some food or what ever. You have somehow managed to get Unfriendly with both the Aldor and Scryers... (see http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Reputation)

You need to grind rep with either faction till neutral to interact with them again.
