1. Locked out of account

    So this is what happened to my account. I have a two step phone authentication, but unfortunately I cracked my phone screen yesterday. So I am unable to use it without a hard reset. I do not know my security key on the authentication, nor the email to my account. I am a premium member, how can I make a premium ticket or something?

  2. You can only make a support ticket on website if you have another premium account. Otherwise you have to send email to [email protected]. If you only want to know your email address then you can send a private message on forum from that account to Mercy or Polutena. You can go on forum with that account without entering authentication code.
