Let me start off; This website is utterly ****. Everything about it. From creating account, to trying to contact support (I mean seriously, support? It's only ban appealing, why do you even have a fu*king checkbox for categories when there's only one fu*king option? holy sh*t) But ok. I need help to merge accounts from Arena tournament. There is an option on their site but the link to merge just leads back to their start page for some reason...
Please help me. And fix your site. Thanks.

I suggest you to edit and remove the bad words to avoid the Ban.
That said Account Merging is not avaible anymore, too late sorry... BUT right now on Blackrock (old AT wotlk realm) Wrathfull is Free for All so with the "Pick a spec Npc" ( old Template Npc) you can remake all your Characters in less than a minute

I paid 60 euro for arena tournament VIP, and thats all gone to **** now. I had 10x2 characters with keybinds and macros, and thats all gone to **** now.
But who cares right? Its not like they wanna keep their paying customers happy

No, macros and keybindings are saved in your WTF folder ( inside your WoW Folder), you can still use them by using copy/paste
Old VIP on AT are still ViP on Blackrock, you just came back too late to use the Merge feature, the merge happened in February 2015, now it is January 2016...
However ViP privilege are almost useless since now All Gear is Free as I told you before ( so you will just miss your old .app command)Edited: January 8, 2016
