Connection Problem

Hi I am having connection issues to warmane server. When I enter my username and password, it shows "connecting" then "Unable to connect if problem persists please contact game support".

1. My internet is working, making this post from same internet and same PC.
2. I can connect to other private server. (checked by connecting to other server).
3. Happening on both Wotlk and Cataclysm. ( I didn't check MoP since I don't play it neither do I have the client).
4. I cleared "Cache" and "WTF" folders.
