    The Lost Diplomat Quest

    Im on the part of the chain where you must fight an NPC named Tapoke "Slim" Jahn. The NPC is there, but the only interaction that happens is he says "Greetings, <character name>".

    Is there something else that must be done in order to defeat him? or is he completely glitched atm?

    He bugs out when someone do it so you gotta wait for a server restart/crash to do it again -.- just like the earthbinder quest.
    Just skip those.
